For a cheeseball, blend the mix with 8 oz of softened cream cheese. Chill until firm. Form into a ball and refrigerate. Roll the ball in dried craisins if desired. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers or fresh fruit. For a cheesecake, blend with cream cheese and whipped topping and serve in a graham cracker crust.
