Hams ship frozen via 2nd-Day Air or Overnight shipping only. Advanced packing methods are used to ensure safe, cool temperatures and to maintain the highest quality. Please allow 36-60 hours to fully thaw before heating.
Orders placed by Noon CST Monday through Wednesday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after Noon CST on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
"I'm a chef and am currently opening a new chophouse. I recieved a box of the 14 ounce New York Strip steaks and cooked them at home for a few friends and myself.
