"I'm a chef and am currently opening a new chophouse. I recieved a box of the 14 ounce New York Strip steaks and cooked them at home for a few friends and myself. Everyone was overwelmed by their taste and tenderness. The marbling was perfect for a strip. Of course all of my guests wanted to give me the credit , but I had to give the praise to the product, simply if you start with the best ingredients you end up with the best meal. Perfect steaks, can't wait to try the prime rib on my next day off, Christmas."
